Wonderful Onesies

Vogue Winter trends 2011

We have been researching and found that a major top-trend this Autumn/Winter 2011 will be jumpsuits. Jumpsuits are a fantastic trend as they can be seen as super classy or different shapes and colours can cause for a much cooler, casual look.

This wide-legged one piece is set to be the biggest party look especially for all those christmas parties coming up. Different styles include the above halter-neck silk suit with palazzo bottom which is both elegant and sexy. This model is more sophisticated than the other models due to the shimmery material and bare shoulder effect.

The other styles include the image to the right which displays a look which can be worn with flats during the day, or dressed up with some statement ankle boots for a night out.

Outlets such as Topshop, French Connection and Wallis do gorgeous jumpsuits and also do many playsuits.

These are a fatastic idea as you immediately have a full outfit at the ready in one piece of material. You are guaranteed to look sophisticated all night long ladies!

Coats for comfort

It's that time of year again ladies! We all need a winter coat and we are loving this Victoria Secret beauty. Gold and cream always look warm and classic and the clinched waist works wonders for everyone's body.

L.K Bennett are already selling thousands of 'Ami' coats and the red version is the most popular. If you splash out on one thing this year, make it a winter coat.

There are an array of different styles out at the moment including the good old mac, fur coats and tweed glamour!

River Island also do some great quality coats that will last you through these cold winter months. Choose a style that suits you. Long coats are fabulous on the taller lady and definitely look very elegant. If you are a shorter woman, then perhaps opt for a shorter trendy number.

Get out to the shops and have a look. Believe me, you will be spoiled for choice. Leather jackets are also back in this winter which we couldn't be happier about. Check out all saints amazing choices including tasseled leather, quilted, studded and distressed.

Make sure you are protected from Jack Frost in style this winter season!

Who said plaited was dated?

         Jessica Alba

We are so excited about this fabulous trend for Autumn and Winter 2011.
Plaits suit almost everyone and even people with short hair can work them the right way.

Plaits can have a number of very different looks, from quirky to classic!
A loose plaited up-do (See right) looks really great for those Winter days when you wear your favourite wooly jumper and scarves. This is a soft, sweet and effortless look!

Plaits can also act for a gloriously classy look such as Beyonce's do below! The bun with plait is all in so get practising in time for those christmas parties!
Jessica Alba also works the look beautifully and goes for the elegant approach. Her loose side plaits tied into a soft up-do is just perfect!

Have a go girls! It really isn't very hard. If you don't succeed, there is always a friend who has the knack.

 Effortless chic!

Snood so goood!

The snood is a Winter fashion must-have girlies!
This was invented for the comfort lover yet it looks very cute and Vogue.
You can find snoods all over the shops this Winter, so nab one as soon as possible to keep those sharp blustery winds at bay.

Snood models vary from fur-lined hoods to thick wool wrap arounds.
The idea is that the snood covers more skin than your regular scarf.
It is one continuous piece of material that can be wrapped accordingly to your comfort so that you feel super snuggly at all times!

How can we possibly go wrong with one of these bad boys?
The answer is, we can't!
Primark, River Island and Republic do some great models at an affordable price.
Get shopping ladies.

Illamasqua- Moody make-up.

Illamasqua is currently one of my favourite make-up brands.
We all know MAC and agree they have some wild eye colours that we cant resist, but Illamasqua are in a league of their own.
They concentrate on texture and quality as well as vivid colour.
All their make-up has an element of drama and they focus on self-expression which we really love.

Illamasqua is not available eveywhere but it is definitely worth a little meander!

This company is no regular make-up brand as they support the S.O.P.H.I.E Lancaster foundation which is dedicated in educating young people about the importance of acceptance and tolerance and changing attitudes towards subcultures.

If you take a look at their website then you will see all the unique styles from soft, to dramatic, medieval, colourful and even to somewhat animalistic!

Make-up for every mood!

These boots are made for walkin'...

Wow! I think i've died and gone to boot heaven!
We are loving these uber-cool Kurt Geiger boots which are now on sale for £99
Boots are a winter must-have and if theres one thing we think you should make a proper investment in, then it is boots.
These babies look good with everything from jeans, to skirts and even look great paired with a pretty dress to give sexy edge to an outfit.

Last winter was all about biker and worn-look boots and it seems that this winter the trend is back with a bang, and we couldn't be happier. We look forward to snuggley toes on those crisp november days when we will be popping around the shops.

Why not even opt. for fur-lined one's for a real comfy treat?
Shops such as Topshop, L.K Bennett, All Saints and of course Kurt Geiger do a really striking range.
Get on it girl!

Bye-bye bikini..

Ladies, lets not hang on to those flimsy summer clothes when we could be wearing the hottest of the hot autumn/winter gear!
Being honest, I think the climate is appropriate  for a wardrobe re-vamp too, don't you?

This winter, it seems that tweed is trending and we are loving it!
Highstreet shops such as H&M do a gorgeous tweed blazer for a very humble price.

Hats are also going to be a big hit in the next coming months and shops such as River Island and Accessorize are doing the most fabulous wooly, stylish and tradional hats.

This combination of tweed and tradional is so beautiful and definitely gives that rural daintiness.
Look gorgeous and stay cosy and warm all at once. What more could us girls want?
